to work, during phase 1, (August-December 2018 ), for 3 hours weekly, in aggregate..primarily in capacity of returning phone messages that have already arrived in our office. She should be able to help each incoming consultations with the consultant for each potential client. There are a number of easy-to-learn datapoints and talking points to learn, during the first weeks, however..it is very straightforward and gratifying work for the virtual assistant who is able to organize his/her time..and be prompt and politely persistent in returning calls. We are dealing with customers and or parents who may be stressed due to a health challenge..and we need to explain the very special expertise we offer.
