We are looking for an executive assistant to work directly with the CEO of a web development/tech company based in Los ---------- ndidate will help organize and oversee growth within the ---------- ndidate will also be responsible for managing various internal ---------- ndidate must be available to work 8AM - 5PM PST timezone.

* Excellent writing skills - Must be able to compose emails emails with correct grammar and punctuation. Must be able to write technical documentation and instructions. Must have strong proof reading skills
* Independent worker that does not need to be micromanaged
* Not scared to pick up the phone and make a call
* Excellent customer service and support skills
* Extremely organized
* Experience managing staff - Reviewing time cards and payroll
* Team builder - Ability to inspire and motivate while providing direction.
* Critical thinker - Ability to find solutions to problems quickly and efficiently.
* Eye for design
* Know how to make wireframes, flow charts and organizational charts
* Basic frontend programming background (Wordpress, PHP, HTML, CSS, mySQL, Javascript)
* Basic search engine marketing background (SEO, link building, content creation, social media marketing)
* Basic accounting skills - Can create Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
* Basic skills for editing video
* Basic experience in sales
* Familiar with Agile Project Management Methodologies
* Takes initiative - Knows how to get things done. Ability to stay composed in high pressure situations.
* Experience with running multiple businesses
* Stable and fast internet
*Working computer mic and webcam for daily video conferencing
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Time Doctor, Slack, Skype, Ring Central and Basecamp

Job Responsibilities Include
* Accounting - Manage client billing and sending client invoices. Following up for declined and late payments.
* SEM - Manage link building ---------- velop relationships with partnering websites for the purposes of exchanging links. Coordinating with copywriter to currate content. Hand hold the entire process of nurturing cururating relationships, building campaigns, and execution.
* Project Management - Know the difference between waterfall and agile. Manage new website launches between all stakeholders. Thoroughly QA and test systems.
* Support - Handle support requests as they come in from clients. Post tickets to ---------- legate tasks to corresponding departments. Follow up overdue tasks. Test completed tasks before notifying clients. A willingness to go above and beyond client requests.
* Reporting - Basic data entry, data mining, research and report creation for clients and team.
* HR - Handle initial recruitment process for hiring new talent. Writing job ---------- velop onboarding process. Track employee hours, holidays, and PTO.
* Logistics - Creating and optimizing company workflow to increase efficiency.

Salary is negotiable but also includes benefits and PTO. Annual increases based on ---------- pany will pay for your education and certifications to help you grow your skills. We also know and understand how important exercise affects your mind/body so pay for you to workout!
