Ecommerce Workflow Manager and Administrator

Small musical instrument company seeking energetic assistant to help markets products online and assist in administrative tasks. Each instrument we sell goes through a repair process. Your primary responsibilities would include tracking the instruments being sent out for repair, following up and scheduling photography, and writing the online listings for each instrument. Secondary responsibilities will include researching new products to sell, calling suppliers to obtain more inventory, scheduling for the owner, and blog/script writing for articles and videos on musical instruments. You will be interacting in Podio and Wordpress on a regular basis. I will train you thoroughly and you will work directly with the owner to ensure success over the long term. This has been a profitable business for 8 years, and if selected and successful you will be ensured long term employment with the ability for continued growth.
