T-Shirt Design

I'm looking for T-Shirt Designer (for Customer T-Shirts). The design should only consist of writing,
consisting of small applications, or partly of drawn objects. The designs should be from all areas, such
as animals (dog, cat, horse), instruments, cars (bus, truck, taxi), bowling, fishing, motorcycles (biker),
funny sayings, cool German texts, nerds.

They should independently create individual designs, which means that you implement your own ideas and develop a design without receiving any specifications from me and (very importantly) pay attention to the copyright.

I attach great importance to the fact that the designs are made only for me and none of them already
exist on the internet. I need the files in .png and .ai or as vector graphics. The designs should cause
emotions in people and make them buy the T-shirts. Furthermore, I then require a written commitment from you that I have a full right to use the designs - without restriction - receive and use it commercially, as well as the design was made exclusively for me.

My volume is currently up to 5 designs a day, which is increased to several hundred a month.
I pay $ 1.00 / design (more if the job is done well) and look for reliable ---------- nd me an info and 1-2 designs to view.
