JOB OVERVIEW

We are an e-commerce store retailing designer lighting in Australia. We are looking for a superstar who we can train to manage and run the business for us - we are committed to building a long term ---------- itially, we would like to start you off part time doing basic tasks for the first 6 weeks and then offer full time with a raise based on performance.

THE TASKS

You will be doing the following tasks initially (we will provide clear documentation to assist you in doing these tasks):

1. Sending quotations and invoices
2. Ecommerce order processing and fulfilment / dropshipping
3. Customer support via email and sometimes phone
4. Accounting / bookkeeping entries
5. Creating and organising standard operating procedures

PROGRAM EXPERIENCE

We prefer you to have experience in administration and bookkeeping with prior use of the following programs (if you don't have experience with some of these programs, then we can train you):

1. Xero
2. Google Suite
3. Asana
4. Bigcommerce / Shopify

SKILLS REQUIRED

You must have the following personal skills:

* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* Extremely organised with great attention to detail
* Super reliable and trustworthy
* Very proactive and hard working - you will need to use your own initiative
* Have a reliable computer and internet connection - this is a must
* Endless curiosity, personal drive and tenacity

You must have the following work skills and experience:

* Order fulfilment and general administration
* Bookkeeping
* Email management
* Customer service

TIME ZONE AND HOURS

Virtual assistant need to be able to work from 11am to 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time Monday to ---------- weekend work required.

You may only need to work on average 3 to 4 hours a day initially and then we can offer full time from 9am to 5pm after first couple weeks of ---------- weekend work required.

START DATE

As soon as possible. We are aiming for a September 1 start at the very latest.
