Social Media Specialist Marketing Manager | VA

We are a Toronto based online DIY publisher looking to hire a full-time Social Media Specialist Marketing Manager to join our friendly/positive team. If you love social media, enjoy helping and inspiring people while building a brand, we’d love to hear from you!

Excellent English skills, both spoken and written are a must. 
Reliable high-speed internet access is required.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Social Media Specialist/Marketing Manager accompanied with current Social Media Trends is required.


Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google+ along with scheduling apps Buffer and Tailwind is ---------- oto editing experience with Photoshop, Canva, PicMonkey or other online photo editors is beneficial.


Skills:

Excellent Command of English Language - Writing and Speaking
Set Up and Manage FB Pages and Groups

Facebook Ads, Giveaway Campaigns
Set Up and Manage Instagram Accounts
Schedule Pinterest in Tailwind
Create Graphics in Canva and/or Photoshop
Buffer Scheduling for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Blend in seamlessly with existing brand
Help build harmonious brand recognition through social media outlets

Interpersonal Skills:

Responsibilities:
In addition to all the skills required above, you will be:

Creating Daily Content via Canva and/or Photoshop
Ensuring Cohesive Branding across all social platforms
Building relationships with other Bloggers and Social Media Influencers
Responsible for Scheduling Pinterest Feed via Tailwind
Developing and Scheduling Daily Content/Posts for all social media feeds
Interacting with existing audience and followers
Generating New Followers
Develop content for social media sharing
Connect with brand's community through fan pages and groups
Researching Influencers
Collaborating with Influencers
Sending outreach??emails and messages
Negotiating about test products for review

Benefits & Compensation:

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week)
Work From Home
Monday – Friday (Filipino Time)
Salary $300-$450 per month (Pending on Experience)
Paid Bi-Weekly
Sick/Vacation Benefits (TBA)
Salary Review after 3 Months
