Customer Service Rep / Appointment Setter

Must be able to speak and write english at a very high level with very reliable internet.

This job will consist of answer some basic questions about appliances (ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, etc.) and setting up an appointment for us to come out and look at the item as well as collecting billing information.

Must have reliable internet as the phone program we use is VoIP and we need to sound good.

This job is Monday - Friday 4pm-8pm Pacific Time
and/or
Sat & Sun 8am-8pm Pacific Time

The ideal candidate will be able to do this weekly (44 hours) but if you can only do the weekend or only do the Monday-Friday please apply.
