Affiliate Marketing Manager (Cycling Industry - Custom Athletic Wear)

Our company is currently looking for an Affiliate Program Manager. We have a lot of opportunities we are not taking advantage of and we need help setting up and facilitating an affiliate program. We are interested in hiring someone to help us build it out from the ground up. This includes setup, documents, recruiting, and managing.

Our company is not a traditional candidate for an affiliate program. We specialize in a particular niche of clothing and don’t sell actual product directly on our website. We’ll be using offline means of tracking to finish the loop.

We also will be recruiting less traditional affiliates and more focused on ‘influencers’ in our ---------- the past we have used Post Affiliate Pro, but this is not a requirement going forward.

Some example responsibilities:

-Create the affiliate program strategy & road map
-Draft affiliate program description
-Help develop affiliate content (Banner Ads, etc) -*Design help will be provided if needed
-Perform A/B testing
-Affiliate research, recruitment (influencers) and maintained communications
-Manage affiliate program budget spend and facilitated commission payouts
-Submit regular affiliate performance reports
-Analyze overall campaign performance and apply necessary tweaks to ultimately improve affiliate conversion
