Illustrator and Shirt Designer

Hello,

I am looking for an experienced shirt designer, experiences in designs for merch by amazon would be great.
If you get the job, I will pay $1-$2 per design in the first month, depending on the quality of your designs and the complexity of the tasks. After that trial month we will negotiate about an appropriate raise. If you are not willing to work for this amount of money per design for the first month then please do not apply. You will get the opportunity to make a lot of money because I will have A LOT of work for you. And if you make good designs I guarantee to have a lot of well payed work for you.

I will need text only designs, graphic only designs and graphic + text designs. I only want very high quality designs. I have tried putting up poor designs and they simply do not sell. So please no comic sans font type of shirts. Only apply if you have experience in Adobe illustrator and photoshop/gimp.

Also please send me examples of your previous t-shirt design work.
