We are a San Francisco based online retailer selling our own private label products. We are looking for a full-time team member who to help us build the brand and manage our e-commerce/Amazon FBA business.

You are not required to know everything! But you will need to want to WOW customers and are able to communicate your sense of humor through excellent written English, and obsessed with improving your Pinterest and Instagram posting and marketing ---------- anizational skills and Keen eyes to details are essential. As you will be communicating and liaison with influencers, and perhaps suppliers. Proactivity is a must so you will be able to help manage writing projects with multiple parties.

********Minimum Requirements********
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to engage with customers/parters through fun and conversational style approach.
- Be uber organized with a keen eye for details on documents, emails, and etc.
- Be able to proactively follow up with the people who will be interacting with.
- Enjoy helping customers out and provide above and beyond service
- Able to make/answer voice call when necessary
- Comfortable with submitting the daily report and meeting the target
- Able to work from 5-9am and 10am -2pm Philippine time
- Basic Photoshop
- Love using and horning Pinterest skills
- Can only commit to ONE job

Amazon Seller Central Management and Customer Service
Product Research and Sourcing
Contacting influencers and liaison
Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube management

Email management
Upload articles on Wordpress

SEO research and content strategy
Wordpress content upload and page creation
Excel P&L
Amazon list optimization


Facebook, Youtube, and Amazon Ad/ lead generation campaign creation and planning

1. Pay every 2 weeks for the first 3 months or ongoing basis if preferred.
2. Access to the e-Commerce, SEO, FB ad training classes and resources
3. Pay increase/review after the first 3 months + BONUS - up to 5350 peso/month
4. Xmas Bonus - Pro-rated
5. Paid public holiday + 5 more days
6. 40 hours per week. 4 hours of out 8 per day need to be during 10-5 PST time
7. Pay: Up to 30k/month + BONUS - Depends on experienes
