Analyze 10 real estate markets to determine average price per acre

Within 10 different U.S. Counties, I need to know the average price per acre in different size categories.

Counties can be very large and vary greatly in price. Analysis by zip code is a little more accurate but not required.

There will be current on the market properties for sale which average price per acre needs to be discounted by 20-25% to compensate for final sale figures and there will also be actual sold properties.

Sales data within the past 12 months will work for this project.

Ranges:
1-2 acres
3-5 acres
6-9 acres
10-13 acres
14-17 acres
18-20 acres
