Trainer

Job Description:

- Responsible for the conduct of training needs analysis and suggests either the creation of new modules of contributes to improve refine existing modules.
- Design and facilitates basic learning programs to encourage maximum productivity with the organization

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Willing to undergo training
- Required Skill(s): Communication skills, Teaching Skills, Decision Making, Problem Solving
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
