Wordpress, Divi expert

I previously posted a job but have decided to split the job in to two jobs as I realise they are very different skill sets and am happy to look for two people. If you applied before please feel free to apply again.

I am in the early stages of creating two travel blogs. I need somebody to work freelance to help make sure the blogs are set up and running correctly. I'm sorry I do not know how many hours work this will entail but guessing it is probably a one off of around 20 hours (plus how ever long it takes to create/build the online shop) in the beginning and then a few hours per week anywhere up to 10 hours a week ongoing. I would like to build a relationship with someone I can trust who I can then work with ongoing . I am looking for somebody who can do the following:

* Expert at using Divi and Wordpress
* Able to design pages, footers, sidebars, layouts, using Divi - would help if I show you a page and say I would like it to look like this that you can implement that.
* Able to make sure the speed of my sites is below 3 seconds - understand and be able to fix the errors and improve the performance on google page insights
*understand google search console and google search console errors
* Able to install a plugin to back up my sites
* setting up email opt in service like mailchimp or optin monster and creating sales funnels
* Knows how to use 301 redirects
*Able to format blog posts in wordpress including images
* Able to create a travel shop like this linking through to products on amazon

*Able to work with adding amazon links to blog posts

An added bonus but not necessary - experience working on other travel blogs

Please advise if you are able to start immediate and with any examples of blogs /websites you have worked on and your hourly rate.
