I need a amazon merch designer

I'm looking for an amazon merch designer to design me 5 to 10 shirts a week. It will be about 3 dollars a design and price will increase if designs are good also the main category will be funny t-shirts and sports thanks. I'm looking for someone to work with long term and be part of my team. Thanks
