Looking for a video editor to make product videos

Hi there,
I'm looking for a video editor that can consistently make product video ads everyday. I'll send you the ali express link of the product, and you need to do the following:
1) Curate video clips of the products from various sources online (Youtube, fb, IG, supplier videos, etc...)
2) Create a script for captions that show the benefits of the product
3) Put the clips and script together to make an engaging product video ad (30 sec - 1 min)

This is a perfect example of what I need:

IMPORTANT NOTES:
-This is a LONG-TERM job. I predict I need an average of 1-2 videos per day
-You must be fluent in english and be able to write the script
-You must have a video editing software that can make sliding-in captions
-You must be able to make the video within 24 hours of request

My current video editor is able to make these videos at $7 per video. You should be able to work around that price point.
