Web Development Resource Needed

We are looking for some resources to help build a web application that is similar to and or will integrate with the Microsoft Health Vault.
Additionally, you will be working/integrating with other web services via JQuery/Ajax.

We will be building the website from scratch so we are open to framework and implementation suggestions that will speed up the process.

We will need to create:
Mockups (myBalsamiq)
Web page design/graphics
Database Design/Implementation/configuration


Ideally we are looking for candidates with experience building web sites and applications from scratch.


We have limited time and a fixed budget so there is no room for on the job training.

We are looking at building the first iteration in 2-3 weeks, so we will be moving fast. And you will have to be proactive and a self-starter (productive with little instruction)


We will be meeting daily for a stand up meeting via Skype for ---------- -20 minutes during the late morning to earlier afternoon EST. You will have to be available for these meeting and a daily (bullet point) status report will be required.
