Paid Media Buying Expert: Facebook Advertising

We run a Facebook advertising agency and a network of ecommerce businesses.
We are looking for a rockstar paid media buyer to start with us from the ground up and build up our media buying team.

We need to rapidly and efficiently launch campaigns and adsets.

Your Primary Job Function
- facebook and Instagram campaign management
- full-time management of 8 advertising accounts
- create ads, split test ads, create campaigns, monitor campaigns and optimize ads.
- retargeting ads
- testing audiences: based on interests, demographics, and pages.
- must know how to use Facebook Audience insights to find and test new target audiences on a weekly basis
- we are a metrics-based company and so we would want you to continually provide reports.
- ability to launch video ads
- copywriting is a core component of this role, you will be expected to be a master copywriter on the facebook advertising platform.

Learning is a Company culture and so you would be expected to learn and test new traffic ---------- sirable but Not Essential Skills
- youtube advertising media buying
- video editing skills (intermediate)
- google shopping media buying

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university)
- Minimum 3 years with a proven track record in as a senior media buyer expert on Facebook advertising platform
- Fluent in English: written & spoken
- Experience in setting up and managing ---------- on Facebook.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING PLATFORMS TO GET STARTED:
- Shopify
- Qwaya
- RevealBot (optional)
- Supermetrics (optional)
- Experience with using Asana, Trello, Slack and Gmail
- Full time & ability to work United Kingdom (GMT) hours, and the United States, EST hours
