This is a long term full-time position.
Duties and responsibilities:
Customer service & relationship management
Requirements gathering and scoping
Software estimation & quoting
Managing and mitigating project risks
Driving the productivity of your team
Ensure the team are trained on the values of scrum and agile practices
Quality management and testing
Budget and time frame management
Reporting
Determine and foresee blockers and impediments and work to free them so that they don't affect project progress
Product management
Project reviews
Stay well educated around software development best practices; User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Building trust and managing client expectations
Developing the account through further work and scope amendments
Utilise your experience to assist developers as to how best to achieve outcomes efficiently
You must have 3-5 years proven experience
Honest and punctual
Ability to manage and work with team
Deep understanding of software technology and implementation practises
Quiet and distraction-free workspace
Modern and reliable computer with quality microphone, headset and webcam for clear communication
Fast and reliable internet connection
