Remote Outbound Sales / Appointment Setting ROCKSTARS!
You will have the most important job in our company because our success starts with you!
Using our data, it will be your job to get appointments for our outside sales team with homeowners. You will do this by making 75 – 100 calls a day with the goal of setting 1 to 2 appointments per day for the outside sales team.
You need to be determined, focused, and not deterred by hearing 100 “No's” before getting a “Yes”. You will be trained and given everything you need to be successful so our expectations will be ---------- pensation terms:
2,000PHP for every “Live Transfer Confirmed” appointment
Compensation Schedule: Weekly Compensation Method: PayPal & Bank Transfer every Monday for previous week performance/result

Qualifications
• 2+ years customer service and or retail sales experience
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with outbound telemarketing.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong will and knows how to handle rejection.
• Can work full time
Technical Requirement
• OS: Windows 7 up
• Quiet environment (away from pets, kids or any other distractive background noises)
• USB Type Headset is preferred with noise cancellation
• Processor: CoreI3 and up
• At least 2MBPS Download and 1MBPS Upload speed
• Wired Connection (no wifi or LTE)
• Extra laptop/pc
• Back up internet connection
Sales Environment(s): Office/Call Center
