VA/Design Assistant - FULL TIME

A quickly growing audio-visual company is looking for a FULL TIME and PERMANENT virtual assistant / design assistant to join our team! We need someone who is already familiar with and has Adobe Photoshop and can help with general virtual assistant tasks as well. You can expect some data entry, research, calendaring, and similar tasks. You must be familiar with Google Calendar and Google Sheets. Previous experience with Zoho would be awesome, but is not required. You must speak and understand both written and spoken English.

Your location can be anywhere, but you need to have a reliable internet connection that can support screen sharing and/or video sharing for Zoom meetings to receive instruction and communicate and remotely log in to our server to access programs as needed.

You will be required to work a full 8-hour day during 8:00AM-5:00PM US Mountain Daylight Time (which is currently 10:00PM-7:00AM PHT) Monday - Friday.

PAY INFORMATION: Payment of 4800-5,400 (negotiable) PHP will be made weekly for the first 2-4 weeks during the trial period, and then payment of between 9,600-10,800 PHP will be made every two weeks thereafter. This is approximately 20,800-23,400 PHP per month or annually 249, ---------- ,800 per year as the base salary (not including other pay and benefits such as prorated 13th month, performance bonuses, vacation time and holiday pay).

Additional Benefits Offered:

-13th month pay (prorated for first year based on the percentage of year you worked for us)
-Regular Holidays are paid time off and Special Non-Working days are non-paid time off if they fall on a weekday.
-One (1) sick/vacation days paid per month starting after 1 month of service. This will accrue up to a maximum of 12 days if not used (we WANT you to use them).
-Consideration to pay SSS and PhilHealth after 6 months of service.
