Email management

I have accumulated a number(too many) email addresses over the years. I would like someone to open my email accounts each day or a couple of times a day and delete all but the important ones and the emails I need to see and/or respond.
I would like to begin to "opt out" of these superfluous ones to get the amount that I receive each day materially reduced.
