Deployment Specialist

ChainBytes is an innovative blockchain software company focused on finding solutions for practical deployment of blockchain use cases. We solve problems focused on how to operationalize blockchain by integration to various business applications. At the moment we are hiring for Deployment specialist to join us full time
As a part of our team your responsabilities will be

-Performs software installation and updates of bitcoin machines
-Identifies, diagnoses and resolves technical issues
-Provides ongoing client support
-Follows deployment procedures and best practices, as well as recommends process improvements
-Attends daily scrum to report about tasks performed and issues encountered

Requirements
-Graduate of Computer Science, IT or related field
-At least 2 years experience
-Excellent knowledge with Windows and Linux OS
-Strong networking knowledge
-Quick learner of software applications
-Can work under minimal supervision
-Can troubleshoot and do research on your own
-Working knowledge of remote support and security tools
-Available to work at 6PM - 12MN; 8:30AM-10:30AM EDT
-Deployment experience
-Nice to have: Blockchain knowledge and experience
