Energetic Self-Starter to Locate and market to Motivated Sellers

Are you a high-energetic, passionate, self-starter with an aptitude for online marketing?

We are looking for someone experienced with scrapping Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin and other For Sale By Owner sites for real estate for sale in certain areas. Sending them emails, calls texts to see if they have interest selling their house/Apartment or doing a rent to own. You will start with just emails. If you do good, we will quickly promote in workload and compensation.

Good English is Preferred as you will eventually be speaking with US Citizens.

Craigslist savvy required as you will be on there majority of the shift. If you're able to work around the CAPTCHA and flagging errors that is preferred.

Hours are approximately 1-3 per day or until work is completed. 3-5 days per week. Flexible schedule is a must as we are an evolving company. If you can make your IP address look like you're in the US, that is highly attractive to us to avoid website flagging.

Their will be other data entry, call service and light administration tasks also.

Knowledge in Google Sheets, Docs, Voice, Mail and Microsoft Office (mainly excel, word)
