Inspector and manager required for a shopify store

Hello, we look for someone who can fill both inspector and manager jobs on our Shopify based sites.
the job at first will be inspecting - overseeing our employees productivity and efficiency.
and after a qualification time, the job will also include management role.

Job includes:

Inspecting:
* Customer service quality inspection
* Product fulfillment inspection
* Communication with suppliers
* Product pages quality
* Working with Google sheets & reports

Managing:
* Instructing, supervising, leading and motivating employees
* Dealing with unexpected issues
* Optimizing work efficiency
* Inventing new and better work procedures

Requirements:
* Shopify experience
* Dropified experience (preferably).
* High experience in managing
* Very good English - writing, reading and speaking.
*high availability - we need someone to be very available as the business can be very dynamic.
Personality requirements:
* Reliable and responsible - can solve issues alone, shows up on time, taking upon himself/herself to make sure all goes as planned.
* Loyal - Cares for the business, honest, with high work ethics.
* Proactive and innovative - comes up with ways to improve the business, taking initiative, thinking outside the box.
* Social and friendly - Can put his/her ego aside, having good energy and creating a good positive fun environment.
* Inspiring - a good example for his employees, bringing out the best in people.

We pay $4/hour and after a period of training, raise will be given to $5/hour and even more, as you grow and develop with the business.
Currently, we need someone for 2 hours a day but after the training period the daily hours needed will rise to 4-8h
