High quality T-Shirt designer, paying for each Design 1-1,5$

I search an T-Shirt designer, who has got experience in graphic design and is willing to work continuously with me. You have to be creative, because I will give you free space to illustrate the design in a certain way.
I need the Designs in the Format .svg, .esp and .png. The designs have to be completely self-created. I do not accept copies or templates. This is checked with every design!
The Shirt's will be uploadet on differnt plattforms like Spreadshirt, MBA and Redbubble.
