Our company is looking for virtual assistants to receive incoming calls from the US. We are a growing start-up company, looking for long term stable people. Other skills are a plus. Please read the entire posting before hitting "reply" and ignoring the instructions.
General Summary:
• Provides customer service support to Tow Choice Company by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of all information that is needed to cater the customers the service that they need in a timely manner.
• Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained.
• Prepares customer service summary reports through the use of timesheet and call logs.
• Co-ordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations with the HR Manager and/or HR Director.
