In need of 2 real estate websites, with SEO and future management of site.

Hi, I need one website built for regular customers to see that will be a simple real estate website connected to MLS and for clients to see what houses I am currently selling. The other website I need needs an SEO and future management as I want clients who are looking to sell their home fast and for cash to be able to find me. So this website needs to have a sign up page and information regarding selling your home fast and not through a real estate associate but rather directly to a buyer.
