Appointment Setting Superstars Required

With a new campaign on board, we are looking to expand our appointment setting team and always happy to talk to applicants.

Our current campaign involves one of the largest Insurance Brokerage Companies in ---------- aling with Life Insurance and Income Protection, your role will consist of qualifying eligible customers and arranging in house appointments.

To succeed in this role and share in the uncapped commission on offer, you will need to possess strong self-motivation, strong communication skills and the ability to achieve and exceed KPI's.

What the role entails:
• Flexibility to choose your own hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time)
• Uncapped earnings ($80 AUD per confirmed appointment)
• Be your own boss

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate, motivated and results driven.

You must have: Excellent English communication skills
Ability to achieve results
Confidence to make outbound calls
Patience/Self Motivation to achieve goals

Your responsibilities will include:

• Appointment setting for the Insurance industry (Life and Income Protection Insurance)
• Self motivation to achieve results
• Clearly explain Insurance Products (as above) to customers
• Identify customer’s needs and respond accordingly
• Strict follow up procedures
• Work 5-6 hours a day
• Maintain responsibilities of appointment times and confirmations

What you need:

• Handle rejection
• A laptop or computer
• Good Internet connection (min 4mbps Download speed & 2mbps Upload speed
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Ability to work achieve and exceed KPI's
• Intermediate / Expert Computer skills
