Looking for an expert web developer who has scraping experience working with headless browsers.

Skills Required:
- Expert in Selenium or CasperJS / PhantomJS
- Expert in navigating DOM
- Expert in backend server management
- Expert in API integration
- Expert in PHP, Javascript, Python
