Illustrator for T-Shirt Designs

Hi there!

I am looking for a couple of talented and creative illustrators to design up to 400 tshirts per ---------- sign ideas will be provided in various forms, and it will be your job to make better designs without infringing on any copyrights. Sometimes you will be provided with a design idea that must be replicated in your own style, sometimes you will be provided with very rough guidelines or a combination of ideas and it will be your job to come with a design combining these ideas.

The job pays per design created with bonuses on performance. You may use any design software you are familiar with as long as you provide us with files meeting amazon guidelines and fully editable source files.

Pluses for the job are:
Illustrators who are able to make their own vector art without resorting to publicly or commercialy available vectors.
Illustrators with knowledge of typography.
Illustrators with a strong sense of what is copyright infringement,
Designers with experience creating succesful designs for Merch by Amazon.
