Post video editor and graphic person

I need someone to help edit videos, create bumpers, and post and optimaize videos on Youtube. Must have knowledge of keyword optimization for Youtube, channel optimization and be experienced with Youtube in general--getting subscribers, creating free offer links to build email list and sending traffic to my product landing pages. I have work up front--cleaning up one channel and creating another channel, adding and optimizing all existing videos, and then ongoing work on a monthly basis editing, adding bumpers to videos, optimizing videos and setting up keywords.
