Lead Management and Generation for Training Program

I am looking for assistance with my training program lead generation and capture. I will need someone to answer phone calls from leads and answer email messages as well. I have several campaigns begin setup through mail chimp and have about 70 leads and counting. The intent is to have the leads enroll in our courses and take them remotely via WebEX until we have enough local leads to hold in residence courses. Mostly everything will be automated and the only thing that will need to be done manually will be email message and phone call interaction. Strong writing and speaking in English is a must. Strong customer service and follow-up skills are mandatory.
