JOB OVERVIEW

• Must have experience of successfully leading product management practices or relevant work experience
• Demonstrable experience with management of products
• Background in insurance company is nice to have
• Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize issues for problem resolution
• Coding ability is nice to have
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and can collaborate with a great team
• High level of attention to detail and high regards to accuracy
• Team player and able to work well under pressure
• Self-motivated, independent and pro-active
• Must be drive and with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with Software Developer handling the system
• Will coordinate with the technology team
• Will document all business requirements and coordinate with the development team
• Will handle product management processes, workflow and document all improvement needed and upgrade made in the system.
• Will work closely with the developers for the internal business requirements, monitor all changes and upgrades needed, setting of expectation on the timeline, push the developers on the desired output. Ensure that the client, partners clearly understand how the system work
• Will provide feedback and update on the issues on the system, ensure that all deliverables, requirements and other factors are met and managed effectively
• Provide feedback to Director regarding the improvements that could be made on the system.
• Create a development plan with the issues, status, changes and development made on the system
