Graphic Artist/Designer for Tee Shirts

Looking to hire a graphic artist/designer experienced in designing in Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign. The bulk of the designs you'll do will be tee shirt designs, but you may also be occasionally tasked with doing logos and/or social media ---------- signer should be able to effectively and clearly communicate in written English.

Tee shirt designs will be 4500 x 5400 size 300 DPI. Example week 1 we may ask you to create Soccer shirts for women and the next week we would ask you to create shirts for Halloween. We would show you examples of the style we would want and ask you to create a better design. Once the design is finished you can send it to our email in PNG and PSD or AI format.

Looking to hire a designer full-time. Generally 5-10 designs per day would be expected (Monday through Friday), depending upon complexity of the designs. If instructed to make simpler text based designs more would be expected. Pay is $400 per month, paid $100 weekly.

The most important thing I am looking for in a designer is someone who does creative and original work and does not cheat and copy designs from the internet.
