Hello,
We look to IMMEDIATELY hire a Full-time IT Help desk support rep.
We are a 30 year old Managed Service Provides based in the US. We currently employ in-house reps but are looking expand our remote team to help with a ever growing client
- Knowledge in all supported Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7,8, 8.1 and 10, Server
- Experience with Windows Active Directory (User and Group Creation & Administration, GPOs.)
- Experience with Office 365 administration
-Experience with Sonicwall firewalls a plus.
- IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems
- Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Remote access solution implementation and support:
- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, via a ticketing system (Fresh desk)
- Taking support calls live for immediate triage
- Required to work from 8 PM to 4 AM Your (PH) time.
