eCommerce Store Manager/Business Partner

We are a new start eCommerce company, running an online store which is setup serveral months ---------- w we are looking for an eCommerce Store Manager to lead a virtual team to win the business. We will look this person as our partner and growth together, also share the winning return.

The person should be:
1, Familiar with Shopify store development.
2, Setup the store marketing strategy and goal.
3, Do the product research and guide the specialist to list the product.
4, Work with the specialist to create the product video, graphics and ad copy.
5, Manage Facebook Page, Ads, Google Ads.
6, Lead the VA to improve customer service level.
