Ebay/shopify app expert/manager

I'm starting a new store and need 2 experts to first produce and then train a team. Expertise in ebay and shopify dropshipping, both of you will push each other. Long term commitment starting a trial period of 2 months $200 a month, with performance anaylisist and raise the 3rd. 4 figure salary once you prove lucrative. I'm an expert at ebay but new at droppshipping so you'll need to give useful input and ideas. Daily task- list in bulk but each item with quality, fulfilling orders, and deal with returns.
