Professional Cold Caller for Real Estate Company

Hello!
I am in the need for a professional Cold Caller for my Real Estate company. One who will meet and pass expectations. One that is self motivated and that is willing to take charge.
Your job will be to learn a script and call a list to see if they are motivated to sell their house.
this is difficult for beginners as there may be negative responses when you call.
This will be a part time job that can turn into a full time job
When you start you will be paid by the amount of numbers called.
As you progress as become full time, you will get a monthly salary ($200/Mnth) plus a percentage for every house put under contract up to 20% per deal (Usually $1,000 USD per Deal)
