We are hiring DIRECTV Small Business Sales Manager trainee
Before we get started***** To become a successful sales manager you must first walk in the shoes of sales reps. This position is an entry level position and you will be trained to become the sales manager if you meet company requirements.

The minimum requirements for this position are:
Available Monday - Friday 7am-5pm California Pacific Time
Call a minimum of 400 businesses a day
Stable Internet connection
Stable Power with minimal power outages
Quiet environment, kids, pets, or other random background noise is not permitted. It must be a "call center" environment.
Quality Headset
Experience Leading or running a team in a call center environment.
Outbound business to business telesales experience
Ability to train and manage work from home sales staff

It would be great to have:
DIRECTV Sales Experience (Not DIRECTV Customer service/tech support)
Business TeleSales Experience (Not customer service/tech support)

Personable non scripted professionals.
