Virtual Assistant for Researching Clients

We're looking for a virtual assistant that would be in charge of doing online research for us. We need to create a list of Real-Estate Projects in different cities across North America. The ideal candidates is able to work independently from Home and able to use Excel to create a spreadsheet in order to List Projects by cities. This job is very basic . Further on the candidate might switch his focus on researching marketing firms. Purely google searching.

Part time: 2-3 hours per day
