Looking for Great Content Writers with Excellent English (Topics may vary)

I'm looking for a few writers (around 4) to add to my team. I have a lot of work needed to be done, so this'll be an ongoing engagement for the long term. Despite that, I do have some projects available for freelancers or part time applicants.

The proper candidates should be able to write about almost anything and everything under the sun. Whether it be Ecommerce, online businesses and healthcare, to anime, online gaming and international culture, you should be able to research the topics well and deliver high quality written content.

Requirements:
-Excellent English
-Attention to detail
-Willing to adhere to strict deadlines
-Friendly and able to communicate
-Make sure that the first word in your subject line is 'chili'
-Honest, courteous and willing to learn
-Can Multitask
-Has stable internet connection (At least 3 mbps)
-Can come up with new article ideas

As for compensation, it'll depend on your quality of English and experience in writing. I can offer anywhere from $10 - $20 per 1000 words of written content. I've seen job offers with incredulous rates and I'd like to believe that with proper pay, the best writers will deliver.
