To list and fulfill orders on my Ebay store but first I need my 1st VA, my right hand person, trusted like family employee. Help me build my ebay store by listing droppshipping items from modalyst,obelro,and more shopify suppliers, DMS savvy not sure if I'm using it. I need a speedy lister capable of fulfilling orders, intelligence with item picking and sourcing the right description if missing. Manage out of stock daily and restock, workload will become less and less with every hire and you will direct and supervise team. In order to make this lucrative for us both we must build and work to make the store a 7 figure seller, starting from scratch. I offer 200 starting for a 2 month period into the store gains traction/will evaluate super results after one month if results say so, bonus will be given/ , please bare with me and I will reward you with loyalty and fair salary increases that keep you smiling , after 2 months Ill evaluate new salary depending on results/performance/profits options are $275/325/360/or$400 for 3rd month. keep in mind that the goal is to become an expert and train other employees. first I'll need to raise the capital for new hires,[I hope to hire monthly] so you'll need to work for results. When operating 10 employees I will give a 6-$700 salary with upside to grow with my business. If you sacrifice a little, this company will prove fruitful for you, easily handing $1000 + salary if you build a winning store with me . At some point I'll establish a warehouse but for now I need you to make it work with your expertise house,meet up location or however you think is best from prior experience. Payment will be after 3rd week to gain traction with a possible bonus of $30 rewarding performance. so possible $230 for the 2 trial period months[paid individually ofcourse] so monthly $100/100 possible $30 bonus.
