Social Media Marketing on Facebook and Pinterest

I am looking for a suitable candidate who will be able to recommend and take action on marketing my online business, by generating leads. There someone is knowledgeable they key and fast ways to market an online via Social Media, the main ones being Facebook and Pinterest.
This will be a part time job or maybe a 1-2 week job to just do a marketing campaign.
