Experienced Cold-Caller for a Real Estate Investor

Real Estate Investor who wholesales or re-habs properties is looking for an individual who has experience cold-calling lists to generate leads. Must speak English fluently & effortlessly, and be personable & friendly on the telephone. Must also have experience in the real estate industry as the position will mainly consist of calling homeowners and setting appointments.

The job will consist of using MOJO auto-dialer daily to call the lists & track results. Then use PODIO as a CRM to populate any potential leads. Other requirements include:
> Daily communication with employer through Skype, Line app, and email
> Excellent internet connection
> Computer and reliable power
> Ability to link a local US telephone number (through google voice or another source)
> Be able to work during normal US business hours (Eastern Standard Time Zone)

Bonus's are paid on top of the hourly wage for leads that become prospects, leads that sign a contract, and leads that close. There is a huge BONUS potential for the Rockstar prospector!!!
