Photoshop Graphic Designer

I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer that is comfortable in Photoshop. Currently, I have a good amount of work for one person.

Applicants I wish to interview will be given a simple design task. If you are not willing to create one sample of your design skills as part of the application process do not apply. When applying I would like to see a portfolio of previous work and get a resume with prior work history. Previous experience doing T-shirts, removing backgrounds or typography is preferred.

I typically pay employees twice a month by Payoneer but the first month I will pay every week so we can establish trust. If the person I hire is a good fit there may be opportunities for additional compensation based on performance goals.

I've been selling online since 2004 and am a large seller on Amazon. Over the years I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on jobs on upwork. So working with remote workers is not a foreign concept for me.
