Webhosting Website Redesign Needed

I looking to redesign my current web hosting site. I would like the site to be clean, light and airy. I've attached a link to a site that I really like the layout too.

I basically need the main home page template to look similar to the link I gave. Please review my current site and provide an estimate and time frame needed to redesign my current homepage along with a subpage example. Use existing content and add content that will make the site more user-friendly.
