Content Writers-- Excellent English Required

As of now, I need 2 writers to add to my team. Your job would be primarily web content creation.
Topics for the articles would vary.

Training:
There will be a paid training of 1 month where you would have a salary of $175 per month paid every 2 weeks.
So that is supposed to be $87.5 every two weeks.
BUT there would be a training bond of $17.5 to be deducted from your salary every payday until you reach 3 months.
On your 3rd month, you will then get the total of your training bond, minimum of $70.
This is to ensure a long term working relationship with you.

After training:
After 1 month, if you perform well, you will be hired permanently. Payment will be $250 per month, to be paid monthly via Paypal.
Raises will be given to those who deserve it.

What I am looking for is someone who:
- has great english
- can write easy to read articles
- can submit articles that are unique
- can be online while working
- can work steadily, with no excuses of being sick, power outage, internet connection failure, having to take care of relatives, etc.
- can submit 4000 words a day (that's 8 articles of 500 words) within 24 hours of instructions being given
