Bilingual Japanese Internal Support

We are looking for an individual that has the ability to understand and speak Japanese language and can translate it to English/Filipino. Also has the knowledge in IT Terms, specifically in Web Development.

* Must be able to understand, speak and translate Japanese language to English
* Having a knowledge in IT Terms is a PLUS.
* Knowledgable in Software Development process
* Has even a basic understanding about Web Development
