Quality Link Builders - Full Time VA - SEO - Blog Commenting - Web 2.0 - Press Releases

Hello, I am still looking for full time VAs that specialize in link building. I'm looking for honest and reliable workers that want a long term\full time job doing link building work.

If you know what you are doing and you work hard, you will have a job for a long time to come!

The biggest thing I am looking for is people who know how to do high quality blog commenting. If this is a skill you possess, please describe in as much detail as possible the process you use to find and place high quality blog comments.

I would like to know what you consider when placing the comment, and also do you use name, keywords, or a mix of name and keywords? Again as much detail as possible here.

The other two things I'm looking for are people to do web 2.0 and press releases. Describe what you can do here and your experience with both...

I have VAs that have been with me for years, and they will be the first to tell you that I'm a great person to work for (paid holidays, bonuses, pay increases over time for good work) - as long as you are honest and a good worker.

I'm also just as quick to cut anyone that is slacking or trying to get by with getting as little work as possible done.

I do use Rescue Time for monitoring (at least initially), pay weekly via paypal, and require daily reports at first...
