JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an VP of Human Resource who is well experienced and reliable in helping companies manage, develop, and achieve strategic goals. By using the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book Make Millions and Make Change, Best Practices Guide and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes ProHR.com LLC.



ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following:

Manages all staff recruitment, payments, retention, documentation, training, growth, and benefits;

Helps manage certain aspects of daily operations;

Recognize principles for utilizing, developing and conserving human resources;

Enhance the HR function through technology;

Demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions based on data and statistics;

Responsible for giving out trainings to everyone on applications required to run our businesses like Salesforce.com, Basecamp, Harvest, etc.; and

Create and administer rules and policies, including communication plans, client reviews and evaluations, new hire orientation, training programs, performance reviews of employees, compensation and benefits planning, and talent acquisition assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Has solid background in payroll, employment relations, compensation and benefits, data management, and other administration tasks;

With proven knowledge in labor law, industrial relations, and HR management is a plus;

Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Human Resources, a degree in Arts major in Psychology, or any related science courses;

Received HR certificate program or a master’s degree in HR program is a big factor;

Should Possess critical thinking to effectively solve human resource issues;

A broad base of business and human resources skills;

Ability to learn new concepts and technologies;

Ability to manage potential risks;

Strong organizational skills required;

Technologically adept and has the initiative to learn new skills;

Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills;

Ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English);

Demonstrated proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Project Management, Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.;

Knows how to handle working in a high-pressure environment;

Must have superior PSDM (problem solving and decision making) skills and conflict management abilities;

With good ethics, integrity, and business judgment;

Meeting deadlines is strictly a requirement (ability to work with tight deadlines);
